E7 – Russian, No BS

As our secular society degrades, so does our medical industry. Many parts are broken.

While it is very uncommon for a doctor to have a private practice that only takes cash or cash equivalents (no credit), they exist. They don't bill insurance, and their rates are reasonably low, well below the cash discount from a medical group. They do not need the regulatory staff required to hook into government handouts or insurance payments.

Eventually, communities will form their health system, with doctors trained outside of the United States, going so far as to pay for the education.
